(Est. 1905) so as to meet a specific need which was identified in the market for cost effective, efficient and professional motor and non-motor insurance recoveries, avoiding wherever possible the lengthy, expensive and complicated litigation process.
Bate Chubb & Dickson Specialised Recoveries Close Corporation is the first and only specialised insurance recovery company directly associated with an attorneys firm in South Africa. We have, in this regard combined legal and insurance expertise so as to cater for a specialist niche market in the insurance industry.
